Service(s) Affected: Chorus UFB fibre connections in Auckland, Napier/Hastings, Wellington Customer Impact: Loss of service for approximately 20 minutes. Details: Chorus are performing network configuration changes on equipment that supports our UFB handovers. This work is expected to take 20 minutes within the outage window. These handovers are in different locations so different regions will be affected at different times within the outage window.
