Service(s) Affected: Chorus services Customer Impact: Loss of connectivity for 5-10 minutes at a time, multiple times Details: We will be undertaking maintenance on our Broadband Network Gateways (BNGs) that interface with Chorus. These BNGs are redundant so we don't expect long service interruptions, but customers should expect multiple brief drops while connections fail over and re-establish. We anticipate the first interruption will occur after 23:45.
