Service(s) Affected: Internet access Customer Impact: Interruption to internet connectivity Details: Customers on Northpower Fibre services in Whangarei, Ruakaka and Mangawhai will experience connectivity loss for up to 1 hour whilst we upgrade our capacity in Whangarei. Actual impact should be only a few minutes.
