Service(s) Affected: Internet access for customers on non-Chorus services (Vector, Northpower, Tuatahi and Enable) Customer Impact: Interruption to internet connectivity Details: We need to urgently adjust some configuration on our backhaul routers that is preventing us from provisioning new services. This will require several router reboots, which take a few minutes each time.
