Service(s) Affected: Internet Access Customer Impact: Interruption to internet connectivity Details: Our transit provider is upgrading equipment to provide additional capacity.
We have redundant transit connectivity, however BGP routing reconvergence will occur which may cause packet loss while connectivity shifts to alternative paths.
We have been advised to expect TWO impacts during the outage window.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
