Service(s) Affected: Northpower, Tuatahi and Enable fibre connections, and some Chorus fibre connections Customer Impact: PPPoE and IPoE session dropping for around 5 minutes Details: To mitigate a software bug that has presented during business hours, we are scheduling BNG reboots between 4am-5am daily to minimise daytime impacts until we have a patch from our BNG vendor. We are anticipating a patch within a few days.
This affects customers on akl4-bng2, akl4-bng3, akl2-bng2 and akl2-bng3. Reboots will be staggered so they do not occur at the same time.
