Service(s) Affected: Customers on Tuatahi First Fibre in Tauranga Customer Impact: Outage of up to 30 minutes during the outage window Details: Our backhaul vendor is carrying out software updates to their network equipment to ensure it remains secure and supported. This requires that they restart equipment. Our Tuatahi handover in Tauranga will be impacted by this.
