Service(s) Affected: A small number of UFB and RBI services.
Customer Impact: 2-3 brief service interruptions during the outage window.
Details: A handover link between our network and one of our vendors is showing CRC errors. We are carrying out urgent replacement of the optical modules and fibre patch leads on both sides of the link in coordination with our vendor's engineers.
