An issue was identified with a software update released overnight which caused SkyPhone Polycom phones to lose their provisioned configuration.

The update has been rolled back. Restarting your Polycom phone will cause it to retrieve its provisioned configuration again. All Polycom phones will retrieve their updated configuration again overnight if they are not restarted before then.
