Service(s) Affected: Chorus UFB fibre connections nationwide. Customer Impact: Loss of service for approximately 1 minute. Details: Chorus are pushing out firmware upgrades to UFB equipment across the country. These will be completed in rolling batches during the outage window. Most modems/routers will automatically reconnect within a few minutes but any customers who lose service for more than a few minutes may need to power cycle their modem/router.
